Refund Policy

You have 30 days from the shipping date of your order to return your purchase from free of charge. The items must have all their labels and be in perfect condition. We will issue a full refund once we have received the returned goods and carried out an inspection of the item. We will then notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or the original method of payment within 5 working days. Please note postage costs are not refundable, unless a wrong item was sent, or if the item was damaged. When returning an item please include the original invoice with the fault or the reason for the return. If you have not received a refund in your account after more than 14 days, please show the confirmation to your bank so that they can help you and speed up the process.
